Day 3: 8 Ways To Win My Heart.
#1. Be honest. I know it sounds cliche’, but apparently it’s pretty hard to do… I don’t care what you do, or what mistakes you make… I’d rather be angry at you for telling me the truth and knowing upfront than to be angry at you for not telling me anything and continuing to trust you only for it to have been a waste of my time. Man up.
#2. Take me out. I don’t mean buy me dinner, go to movies, go to the mall (those are all nice, though) but I just mean… let’s walk around the state park, lay out by the river, go down a bike trail, walk the dog around the neighborhood, things we can do alone, but together without spending money but still having fun (= I love things like that.
#3. Write me notes. They don’t have to be long by any means but I love to read, no matter what it is… something sweet to wake up to or a small surprise every once in a while is nice (=
#4. Rub my back. Oh my God, love.
#5. Don’t give up. No matter what happens, I’m not going to just walk away or give up on you… I expect the same in return. Another simple thing :p
#6. I love jewelery… all kinds. You can buy me a $20 cz ring and I’ll love it. Sometimes I think the fake stuff is better than the real, that way if anything happens to it, it’s not a huge deal. If it’s sparkly, I’ll love it (=
#7. Be yourself! There’s nothing I dislike more than a guy trying his hardest to be who he thinks you want him to be. That just shows that’s he’s not very secure about his true self… no thanks. If I love you, then I’ll love you no matter how nerdy or special you are :p
